The right custom logo stamp size depends on the flat stamping area, the amount of detail in the artwork, and how much visual weight the brand mark should carry. Measure the exact surface you plan to stamp, then print the logo at 100% scale before choosing a size.

Choose 20 × 30 mm when the mark needs to sit neatly on a tag, label, thank-you card, envelope, or small paper bag. This compact format favors initials, short shop names, simple icons, and logos with generous spacing.

Choose 50 × 80 mm for a more visible brand impression on boxes, kraft bags, mailers, wrapping paper, and tissue paper. The wider imprint gives rectangular logos and shop names more room without moving into extra-large packaging territory.

Choose 80 × 105 mm for large bags, shipping mailers, wrapping sheets, certificates, or packaging that needs a bold focal mark. Large stamps work best on flat, supported surfaces where pressure can reach the entire design evenly.
